Our Process 

“I know that that you have hundreds of suppliers, florists, and designers to choose from when planning your wedding or celebration and I understand the importance of meeting the perfect supplier. The person who intuitively understands what you want and whose design aesthetic aligns with your own. So how do I tell you that my team and I are the perfect match for you? Well, let me tell you a little more about my personal approach. It is mybelief that the best wedding flowers are created out of partnership, our team working closely with you, to create your vision, for your wedding day - together.  

Part of the joy of working on a wedding is being able to spend time with each couple, to get a sense of who they are and collaborate with them on bringing to life their vision - even if they don’t know yet what that vision is. Whether it is a specific colour, an Instagram image or a feeling that inspires you, I will work hard to take that and turn it into something spectacular and unique; something beyond your expectations. 

You can be assured that our designs are made well, with carefully sourced materials and are true works of craftsmanship and skill.  Our studio and team are award-winning florists with years of experience behind us in delivering a personal service and exceptional designs for each couple we have the pleasure of working with.

  • You can contact us in many ways - through our enquiry form is usually best, via email or call our studio to arrange an appointment. Typically, we suggest you meet with Carol around 12 months before your wedding or event, although we can cater to tighter deadlines. We are available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday, and we offer appointments from 9am through to 8pm (subject to availability).

    Please note, if you are planning a wedding for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from April - September, (peak season' in the wedding industry) we do encourage you to reach out to us as early as possible in your planning process, as these dates often are booked quickly, and to maintain the quality of our events, we do limit the number of events we curate each weekend.

  • During the consultation we’ll discuss and show examples of our designs that we feel might best suit your wedding. We’ll chat. We’ll listen. We’ll make notes. The more information you can provide (sketches, pictures, mood boards) the clearer our vision of what we can provide for you, and we'll always provide you with an on-the-spot estimate for the overview of your event.

  • Yes, should you require a written proposal, one will usually be provided within 7 working days, curated entirely to your style, season and budget designed to bring your event to life.

  • Your proposal is valid for seven days from the date you receive it. If you wish to secure use of our bespoke wedding services, simply sign our contract and send in a non- refundable booking fee that will be applied to your final balance. The date and our services are now yours.

  • We'll next schedule the required meetings to ensure you are thrilled with how your booking is progressing. These could include a site visit, a sample meeting, a cross-supplier meeting or simply a final meeting to confirm the final details. Every wedding or event is unique, and we'll ensure your booking receives the necessary attention and that you are kept up to date all the way through the process.

  • We are big believers in sticking to what we do best, which is creating authentic, breathtaking events for our wonderful clients, and focusing very much on the aesthetics: a memorable combination of florals, and additional decor elements. We do not offer event management, although we can recommend several trusted Wedding/Event coordinators and suppliers who we work with regularly. Please contact us for further information.

  • Amazing service all the way through from booking to our special day.  Carol is so lovely and friendly as well as being an amazing Florist and room dresser. Blown away when receiving bouquets and the room set up was incredible!

  • When we chose The Blossom room as our wedding florists the most important thing was their experience and knowledge. as a first time bride I hadn't a clue what I wanted or needed. Carol was a brilliant support through covid and our many date changes were not an issue. Shee walked me through everything and offered alternatives to suite our budget.
